“Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that Iran is responsible for the drone attacks on important facilities in Saudi Arabia’s oil-rich Eastern Province that reportedly forced the kingdom to shut down half of its oil production on Saturday.”

USAGOLD note:  Major. No mention is made how quickly production can be  restored. The exposed vulnerability of the global oil supply, however, is something markets will be forced to blend into the equaiton. Saudi oil production cut by 50%, according to this CNBC report. . . . . .
